Pick Up of Student Belongings


Pick up of Student Belongings will be available this Wednesday,Thursday and Friday  (March 19-20) from the hours of 9 am-11am and 1pm-3pm.


Wednesday-March 18

Last names  A-F

Thursday- March 19

Last Names G-M

Friday- March 20

Last Names N-Z


1) Everyone entering the building must follow the attached schedule to ensure smaller groups.

2) All entering and leaving the school must enter using the front door and exit via the Gym Doors. Everyone must  sanitize upon entry and exit.

3) Areas of the gym will be labelled by homeroom class. Student belongings will be in those areas labelled with their name.

4) Lost and Found will also be available in the Gym to look for items.On Friday, March 20 all remaining materials will be processed at the school for donation or removal.

5) Please return any Library Books in the bin located in the Gym.

6) Students with medication held at the school can be picked up at the front office prior to entering the gym.

7) DO NOT enter the school if you are ill or showing signs of illness. If a student/parent is ill or has been self-isolating, please arrange for someone to collect your belongings at your designated time, or call the office to arrange a pick up.

8) Further information concerning student programming and instruction will be communicated when available
